Grandiose Hotel & Spa

The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I missed breakfast one day and they arranged to deliver a plate of fruit to my room. The wifi stopped working another day but they quickly fixed this. The breakfast had a variety of options including a lot of meat/seafood but the staff were very accommodating with arranging other options. The location was perfect, the facilities are clean and there is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the 10th floor. The spa facilities were also wonderful. Overall, I would recommend without hesitation.

The breakfast spread was amazing, and the restaurant was also very good - the chef made me special dietary requests. My room was quiet (because not facing the main street). The pollution in Hanoi was very bad but the hotel puts air purifiers in every room.

This hotel is in good location and close to city centre. My room is upgraded without fee and it is great with a balcony. It is a wonderful experience there, especially with the people, like Hồng Hạnh, who is so nice and always provide very helpful support to me. Definitely I will choose it again when I am in Ha Noi next time.

Close to Lotte and Vincom shopping center, it's very conveninent to go shopping. A loot of good restaurants are nearby and in walking distance. I specially recommend Jeonbok Korean restaurant (1st floor, Vincome Metropolis), 5 mins walking from the hotel. The buffet costs around 28 USD but they give many options and very delicious food.
